Brampton Elite Soccer Academy is committed to always providing the highest level of service to its members, by ensuring adequate resources are available to conducting the daily activities with hired staff (not volunteers). Administrative fees are specific to activities outside of the inclusive membership activities and subject to actions by staff.

All participants are required to obtain a player kit associated with the respective program. At the time of ordering, participants are required to carefully review the order and ensure all information and sizing is accurate.
All purchases associated with a player’s uniform and/or general apparel are customized to the individual and deemed final, non-refundable nor exchangeable.

At Elite, we are flexible and do our very best to provide the members with different scenarios and payment terms that a) allows members to balance the financial commitments, and b) yet, still enables us to meet our commitments with vendors.
However, it is extremely important to align with the due dates, in order to avoid penalties, suspension or dismissal from a program.
Late payments or payment failure are equally considered as NON-PAYMENT. It is important that all members align with the academy’s payment schedule to avoid suspension or dismissal
Late payments or payment failure for a service or membership are subject to a 5% penalty per month on the amount owed.
Failure to provide payment after 15 days will result in the suspension of the service/membership, and further legal action may occur.
When registering for a program, ALL deposits/initial payments are deemed non-refundable, and enrolment into program may ONLY be deemed official when payment terms are finalized and/or processed.
In the event you change your mind 30 days prior to the start of the program and a legitimate reason is provided, a refund may be available, however, we will retain 25% of the original payment submitted.
Upon enrolment into a program, the academy automatically incurs fixed costs specific to the participant. The common start of the season is when the training schedule takes effect. Upon the start of the start of the term, all sales are final and refunds will no longer be available.
Should there be a Provincial government and/or regional government mandated shutdown due to pandemics such as COVID-19, Interruption of membership due to vaccination restrictions/conditions, league cancelations, etc., are exempt from this refund policy and not qualify for refund.
Every Elite program is structured differently. Programs are outlined on the Elite Soccer Academy website, and or shared separately on a need-be basis. The general associated costs, Facility costs, Administration and sanctioning memberships.
League fees are only included in full-time programs and cost may vary depending on the league, format and season
If and where applicable, discounts are only available for full-time programs and on the basis of the participant completed their full term in good standing. Discounts can only be applied in the form of applied credits to an existing account and cannot be exchanged for cash.
