In the event that any member feels that he or she has suffered discrimination in any way, or that the Club’s Policies, Rules, or Code of Conduct have been violated, they should follow the procedures below:
Report the matter to the office in the form of an email to office@elitesocceracademy.ca
The academy director will review the complaint, schedule interviews for all the parties involved
Reach a resolution with all the parties involved
There is absolutely ZERO tolerance on racism, discrimination or any other form of disrespect to others.
