When registering for a program, ALL deposits/initial payments are deemed non-refundable, and enrollment into program may ONLY be deemed official when payment terms are finalized and/or processed.
In the event you change your mind 30 days prior to the start of the program and a legitimate reason is provided, a refund may be available, however, we will retain 25% of the original payment submitted.
Upon enrolment into a program, the academy automatically incurs fixed costs specific to the participant. The common start of the season is when the training schedule takes effect. Upon the start of the start of the term, all sales are final and refunds will no longer be available.
The academy offers a flexible payment plan to ensure children have the opportunity to enrol in programs without the stresses of finance. Although not recommended, should a participant choose to discontinue participation prior to the official end date, he/she MUST discontinue participation by March 31st in order to default the April and May payments
League and player administration fees are public information available on the PHSA website and respective league the team may be currently enrolled in. All fees are non-refundable or transferrable.
Every Elite program is structured differently, however, each program is outlined on the Elite Soccer Academy website, and or shared separately on a need-be basis. The general associated costs, Facility costs, Administration and sanctioning memberships.
League fees are only included in full-time programs and cost may vary depending on the league, format and season
If and where applicable, discounts are only available for full-time programs and on the basis of the participant completed their full term in good standing. Discounts can only be applied in the form of applied credits to an existing account and cannot be exchanged for cash.
