ELITE SOCCER ACADEMY is committed to delivering the highest level of professionalism in soccer services that often requires premature/proactive commitment to third party organizations and their associated costs.
In order to maintain a high standard in service level , it is very important all members understand and respect the guidelines set forth to protect the best interest of everyone involved, especially the children.
GOVERNANCE
For all intents and purposes, when purchasing a membership with Elite Soccer Academy, specifically pertains to the enrolment of a child into a soccer program. Upon enrolment, it is the expectation that members remain committed, and follow through the duration of the agreed upon term.
Program outlines and payment schedules are provided at the time of enrolment. Parents are required to align with the academies payment guidelines and schedules at all times.
In the event a player release is requested prior to the conclusion of the committed term, ELITE SOCCER ACADEMY reserves the right to prevent the release of a player until ALL outstanding balances are cleared.
REFUNDS AND CREDITS – Program prorated refunds or credits are ONLY acceptable under the following conditions
Should there be a Provincial government and/or regional government mandated shutdown due to pandemics such as COVID-19, Interruption of membership due to vaccination restrictions/conditions, league cancelations, etc., are exempt from this refund policy and not qualify for refund.
Refunds due to causes such as province-wide lock-downs are subject to a 2.5% processing fee of the total amount to be refunded. Such refund is only available in the event vendors are properly positioned to reciprocate refunds accordingly.
Credits may be carried over into the next term with no penalty.
Where credits, payment adjustments or reimbursements may be required as of result of such specific cause, please allow 30-45 days to process.
Rebate tokens are member appreciation credits that are often used in marketing initiatives and/or program referrals. Qualification criteria may differ from time to time depending on the purpose of the initiative
Should a member prematurely exit a program, all credits are null and void.
